1/35 Scale 3D Models: Tanks, Dioramas, Accessories

This collection gathers 3D-printable models built around the 1/35 scale: armored vehicles, fuel drums, pallets, signs and other diorama parts. It is useful when you need pieces that match a scene already planned for 3D printing. Many entries also appear in neighbouring scales, so a single search can cover several projects. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«1/35 Scale 3D Models: Tanks, Dioramas, Accessories»

The largest group is military vehicles, from medium and heavy tanks to lighter armored cars, often split into hull, turret and running gear. Around them sit diorama accessories: oil drums, gas cylinders, pallets, toolboxes and wall signs. A third group covers scenery and infrastructure, such as street lights, advertising columns and fuel stations, which are usually offered in a range of scales rather than one.

When choosing a model, open the author's page and check the stated scale and finished dimensions, since 1/35 parts are small and a few millimetres of difference can break the fit with an existing scene. Look at how many parts the file contains, whether the hull is one piece or assembled from panels, and whether the author mentions supports for overhangs. Material and settings notes, plus photos of real prints, tell you more than the render does.

To widen or narrow the results, try synonyms and related terms: armor, AFV, tank, half-track, softskin, or the specific scale written as 1:35, 1/35 or 35mm. Adding a purpose word such as diorama, vignette or base helps separate display pieces from standalone vehicles. Related topics worth searching include track links, stowage, fuel drums, signage and scale figures that match the same scale.

Resin-style detail parts and full vehicle kits behave differently on a printer: thin tracks and gun barrels need slower speeds and finer layers, while flat scenery items print faster and tolerate thicker layers. If a model is meant to be combined with others, check that all parts share the same scale and that connectors or sockets are described. For multi-scale files, confirm which version of the file you are opening before slicing.

FAQ

Häufige Fragen

What does 1/35 mean for a 3D model?
It is a scale ratio: one unit on the model equals 35 units on the real object. A 1/35 figure is roughly 5 cm tall, and vehicles are sized accordingly.
Can I mix 1/35 parts with 1/72 or 1/43 items?
Not in the same scene, unless you deliberately want a size contrast. Check the scale stated on each model page and keep one ratio per diorama.
Do these models need supports?
It depends on the file. Tracks, gun barrels and thin frames often have overhangs, so read the author's notes and inspect the model in a slicer before printing.
How do I find matching accessories?
Search by scale plus item type, for example 1/35 barrel, 1/35 pallet or 1:35 sign, and also try related words such as stowage, crate or base.
