Description

That's my first print with TPU. The washer tank in the car I bought for rebuild was only for one pump. There was a place in the tank for the second one but no hole, so I drilled it but mismeasured the seal diameter. After several attempts to stop the leak with gasket maker and a glue gun, I decided to drill a bigger hole and print the seal. It fits nicely, with no leakage after one week of installation. Speed 25 mm/s Temp 210 /60 Infill 100% Flow 115% Support no Raft no Nozzle 0.4 Layer 0.2
