K1 exhaust filter for activated charcoal panel

This is a design for a filter holder for the exhaust fan on the K1 printer. The filter has five times the surface area of the fan exhaust port, providing a higher flow rate and more effective filtering than some other designs. It requires no additional hardware and is designed to work with readily available activated charcoal filter material. It plugs directly into the filter socket molded into the rear panel of the K1 printer. It is designed for 145 mm x 145 mm filter material, 4 - 6 mm thick, cut with scissors from a filter sheet.

The STL files are oriented correctly for printing and require no supports. A 15% fill setting works well. The filter body takes about 2 hours to print and the cover 1 hour on a K1 at 400 mm/sec.
