Creality Spool Holder Upgrade with Adjustable Hole Size

V2.0 (deleted)

- Removed bearing mechanism (now requires less material and less assembly)

- Rotates smoothly with Creality's stock spool holder

- Added a pin to make assembly easier

- Resized the diameter so spools with a ~70mm hole can be locked (Sunlu has large hole spools)

V2.2 (spool for Creality HI or the same holder with plastic molded mount holder)

- Adjusted the shape for the mount holder (slightly shorter than V2.0)

- Added a contact mechanism to the center for smooth rotation without bearings

- Also compatible with Ender 3 or CR-10 - Redesigned cap (tip) for easier assembly

- Improved adjustable nut, fewer threads for easier screwing onto the bolt system

- No bearings needed

- Conventional rotating gear nut - 5 parts

Design Concept

This spool holder is designed as an upgrade for Creality 3D printers (Creality HI, CR-10, Ender 3, etc.) with the same stock holder, featuring an adjustable hole for improved functionality and ease of use.

No need to buy bearings or a shaft, just print it!!

The spool holder allows for smoother rotation of the spools, reducing resistance and strain on the printer during the printing process.
