AUDI S8 D2 2-Din radio player trim

Hi, I made radio player trim for Audi S8 D2 FL. Its purpose it's to replace original audi radio with 2-din Pioneer DAB/Android Auto replacement. The dimensions are quite accurate but not perfect. If you want to print this model in standard 3d printer with normal working area (220x220x250) you will need to cut the part into 2 equal pieces (in Fusion360 for example) and then weld it together using plastic welder or use glue but I recommend welding it.

The polymer I recommend is PETG-Carbon fiber. Do not print with PLA because when you leave your car in heat for multiple hours the trim can deform. PETG with carbon works really well and does not deform. There are some places where there is small ammount of material and walls are thin so I recommend printing with 0,4 nozzle and at least 0,16mm wall thickness or even lower. Use supports.

The part is not perfect but the most problematic areas to measure are very accurate and I hope you can edit it to your like.
