Iron Sting - Genshin Impact

Iron Sting is a craftable 4-Star sword, from genshin impact. Its a perfect sword for Charecter like Kazuha, Shinobu, Traveler and Kaeya.

The sword around 1100 mm long and all the parts are cut in such a way that they can be printed by an Ender 3 (20x20x30)

Easy to assemble, it has 8.25mm holes and holes of 4,25mm to be able to place 10 mm and a 4mm aluminum rods as a skeleton.

You can use wood or other material, but I recommend aluminum. With aluminum rods it is lighter and more resistant, but the final decision is up to you.

I usually print my parts with the following definitions ( Because I'm a cosplayer and I prefer to give extra resistance so that the prop resists well to the amount of convention people. You can change the settings if you want. ) :

Quality: 2.8

Walls: 3

Infill: 10% or 15%

Pattern: Zig Zag

Some parts may need some small supports.

-From my own experience, I give a margin of 0.20 mm for the rods (wood or aluminum.), so that the rod can be placed and glued without the risk of them getting stuck inside the piece.

- This time, I decided to give it a bigger margin (0.05mm), because I had an experience with a PLA that expanded more than the one I used to use.

- I provide the full sword not sliced and without holes, in case you want to slice in another way.
