Description

****** Neptune 4 Max – BigTreeTech Manta M4P Mainboard Mount / Adapter

This is a custom rear-mount bracket designed to let you install a BigTreeTech Manta M4P motherboard into an ****** Neptune 4 Max. The stock mounting layout on the N4 Max doesn’t line up with the M4P, so this part gives you a clean, rigid way to mount the board without hacking up the case.

Features

🟡 Direct fit to Neptune 4 Max – the outer holes line up with the factory case locations; just mount the bracket to the printer first (see photo: “Mount screws to case”).

🟡 Built-in standoffs for the M4P – internal bosses line up with the BigTreeTech Manta M4P mounting pattern.

🟡 Open honeycomb ventilation – keeps airflow over the board and makes it easy to route wires.

🟡 Printed part protects the board – keeps the M4P off the metal case and prevents shorts.

🟡 Uses common hardware – design expects M3 hardware for board mounting and existing case screws (or equivalent) for attaching to the printer.

Print Notes

Material: PETG or ABS/ASA recommended (inside printer area / a bit warmer). PLA works for testing.

Layer height: 0.2–0.28 mm

Walls: 3 perimeters for stiffness

Infill: 20–30%

Supports: Not required if printed flat as shown.

Installation

Remove the original cover/mount (if installed).

Screw this bracket to the printer case using the two outer mounting points (see photo).

Mount the Manta M4P to the internal standoffs with M3 screws.

Reconnect your wiring and close up.

Notes

Designed around the ****** Neptune 4 Max dimensions.

Modeled to clear the vent area and keep the board centered.

If your case screws are longer/shorter, adjust hardware as needed.

If you remix it for other Manta boards or Neptune models, please credit the original 3DMEKIDS Youtube 🙂
