Calbration for dimensional accuracy.

I needed a way to check the dimensional accuracy for the inside and outside of parts,for assembly's.

using round parts i was not getting the difference in the x and y values.

The squares are 1/4 in high and go fro 1/8 to 1/2 in.

Use the shrinkage for the outside x- y & z dimension.

Use the x y hole compensation for the inside dimensions.

I noticed variance in the x and y and when measuring the blocks at the 45 and 135 degree angle (and zero and 90)

used the x-y contour compensation to bring everything closer.

It took a few prints to see the dimensions fall in place,but i was finally able to print a print in place assembly(that had tight tolerance) that finally move freely.
