The Space Pi Plus Stand (SPPS) is a dedicated platform for the Creality Space Pi Plus dry box, enabling drag‑free, moisture‑controlled filament feeding for TPU, Nylon, and other soft materials. Includes an accessory drawer for desiccant storage. A core component of the MMW K2PW workstation ecosystem.

This module is part of the MMW — Makers Modular Workstations series, a unified ecosystem for modular, maker‑focused workstation components. While I’ll continue publishing through my SteveWarks identity, all future workstation projects will follow the MMW naming structure for clarity and consistency.

Design Concept

The SPPS is engineered as a stable, purpose‑built platform for the Creality Space Pi Plus dry box. Its geometry positions the dry box at the correct height and angle to hand‑feed filament directly into the K2 Plus top feed dome or into the RDTP unit. A built‑in accessory drawer provides convenient storage for desiccant packs and moisture‑control supplies, keeping everything needed for soft‑filament printing in one place.

Purpose

To support the Space Pi Plus dry box and enable consistent, moisture‑controlled feeding of TPU, Nylon, and other flexible filaments. The integrated drawer ensures desiccant and related accessories remain close at hand, reinforcing the moisture‑management workflow essential for soft materials. Together with the RDTP, the SPPS forms a critical link in the drag‑free filament path of the K2PW workstation.

Assembly

Insert the four legs into the top and bottom plates.

Slide the accessory drawer into the lower cavity.

Place the Space Pi Plus dry box onto the SPPS platform. The drawer moves freely for easy access.
