6 Inch Prop 6035 V3

Here is the long-awaited V3 of my 6-inch propeller design.

The V2 version suffered from a weak connection between the blades and the hub. This has been addressed by increasing the thickness of the connection point while still maintaining aerodynamics. The leading and trailing edges have also been modified to aid performance.

This prop has been designed with a 35mm pitch and to fit 6mm motor shafts. The same style of chamfered inserts has been kept to ensure a tight fit, allowing it to be compatible with 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5mm shafts along with the standard 6mm shafts.

In addition to the 2-, 3-, and 4-bladed options, the V3 version also includes 5- and 6-blade variants to try.

The examples in the photos were printed using Bambu Lab PLA Matte Dark Red (11202).
