Description

Tired of throwing drill bits out every time they get dull? Sharpen your OWN drill bits! Use a regular Dremel and an abrasive disc!

(Safety glasses are always recommended!)

I love this model from dmacnulty @dmacnulty...

*** I have modified his design ONLY by adding the actual "bevel angle" to each design so you can easily identify which one you need!

There are 3 different angles: 90, 118, and 135 degrees (the 118 comes as a standard support and a shortened one)!

---

I recommend PETG (or ABS), but DMacnulty used PLA.... I want my tool accessories to be as strong as possible on an open printer without ventilation!

-- I used a 0.4mm nozzle and set a 0.2mm layer height and 0.6mm walls! (yes, you can change the settings... fewer walls, much stronger, and less time!

I still used 4 walls for a total thickness of 2.4mm! 4 top and bottom layers for 0.8mm

10% honeycomb infill

I used a 0.3mm brim at a 0.45mm distance.

SUPPORTS are not needed!
