Commander Deck Vault - 100 Double Sleeved Cards

A custom-designed deck box built to hold a full 100-card Commander deck in double sleeves.

This box features a sliding lid with integrated locking tabs and magnets for a secure closure, along with a front display window for showcasing your commander or favorite card in a protective sleeve.

The design was developed through several rounds of prototyping to achieve a snug but usable fit while keeping the box sturdy and practical for regular play.

My prototype was printed successfully in PLA-CF at 0.16 mm layer height with 3 walls and 25% gyroid infill.

Magnets: designed for 8 × 3 mm round magnets. Magnet fit can vary slightly by printer and material, so test-fitting before gluing is recommended.
