Description

DIY Quad Charging Station for Einhell Power X-Change (4x 3A)

Build your own ultra-efficient multicharger! This custom 3D printable enclosure combines four standard Einhell 3A chargers into one powerful charging hub. It’s a budget-friendly and vastly superior alternative to the expensive original device.

Key Features & Benefits:

- Massive Cost Savings: Repurpose cheap, single chargers (often left unused from starter kits) to build a multicharger that outperforms the pricey factory alternative.

- True Simultaneous Charging: The factory multicharger operates sequentially (max 2 batteries at a time). This design forces all 4 batteries to charge at once with a full 3A current each. Say goodbye to workflow downtime!

- Compact Integration (Electronics Swap): The 3D print completely replaces the bottom enclosures ("backs") of the original chargers. Simply transfer the internal electronics into the new printed housing and cap them off using the original factory top covers. This clever integration creates an incredibly tight build, saving valuable space on your workbench.

- Durable Materials (PETG + TPU): The main body is printed in robust PETG for ultimate workshop durability. Flexible TPU is used for the anti-slip feet and a comfortable handle grip, ensuring the station stays firmly in place and is easy to carry.

- Perfect Cable Management (Soldering Required): To keep things clean, the internal wiring requires basic soldering. The design features specific cutouts for a standard 3-pin AC computer power socket (IEC type) and a main ON/OFF switch. A single detachable power cord ensures your workspace remains perfectly organized and clutter-free.

Required Materials :

- PETG or ABS filament (for the main body structure).

- TPU filament (for feet and handle grip).

- 3-pin AC power socket (standard IEC/computer type).

- Main ON/OFF rocker switch.

- Assorted screws (to be selected on your own, depending on what you have available in your workshop).
