Qidi Plus 5 D3P Cable management and PS holder

This model is a rear cable management system for the Qidi Plus 5 D3P riser which includes a holder for the Qidi Cooler power supply.

The cable management consists of the following components:

A modular top bar; A holder that for the Qidi Cooler power supply; Cable clips for PTFE, RS485 and electrical - various sets are provided for both vertical and horizontal use (click on the parts or STL to see their intented use);

The cable management system allows you to configure and organise the rear of your D3P riser as you want.

INSTALLATION

Installation is quick and simple (see photos).

Slide and clip in the vertical U-Clips on the supports at the rear of the top cabinet drawers; Slide in the top bar to lock the assembly;

Print the Qidi Cooler or the cable holders you want and simply slide them in the dovetail bars to secure them in place.

3D PRINTING

IMPORTANT: I upload a print setting files for all my models. The print settings has the parts positioned for correct printing.

I strongly recommended you use my print setting file. If not, I will not be able to assist you if there is an issue when printing. From experience, many of the issues with printing my models are on account of users not using my print settings.

3D PRINT SETTINGS

I use the following settings and materials to print this model:

Infill % : 15% (no need for more) Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm Layer height: 0.2 mm standard Material: PLA and PETG are fine.
