TPU Foot / End Cap for 30×30×2 mm Square Tube

3D-printable foot/end cap designed to fit a 30×30×2 mm square metal tube.

The component was modeled in SOLIDWORKS 2026 and is intended to be used as an end cap and protective foot for structures manufactured from square steel tubing.

The part is designed to be printed in TPU 95A, providing enough flexibility for insertion into the tube while also creating a suitable contact surface.

The model was specifically designed for 30×30 mm square tubing with a 2 mm wall thickness.

Actual fit may vary slightly depending on tube manufacturing tolerances, filament properties and 3D-printing parameters.

The part has been used with TPU 95A.
