Updates

- 12 Oct. 2025: Added a version with smaller holes for different thread inserts. - 02 Aug. 2025: I've included the version 1.2 of this model, with the following modifications: - Added a non thread insert variant of the model. - Added mounting holes all the way to the back, so you can also mount hats that require screws coming from below. - 11 Feb. 2025 : I've released Version 1.1 of this mount, with cutouts for the micro SD cards, making it easier to insert and remove them. I have also reinforced the mount, making it sturdier. Required parts

- (Optional) 8x M2.5 thread inserts . - 8x M2.5 screws. Assembly instructions

- If using the Thread Insert variant, insert the 8x M2.5 thread inserts into the mount. - Insert your Raspberry Pi into the mount. - Secure it with 4x M2.5 screws. - Repeat the process for the other Pi. Print Settings

Guides and print profiles

Print profiles and steps

PLA - 0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 20% infill

No-Threads; 3mm Screws Straight Into Plastic Edition I love threads too, but I'm just impatient enough to not care for these Pi's, ya know?

ABS, OP's V1.1 model + press fit standoffs to hold pi Exact same model as OP. Printed in ABS.

Since i dont have inserts, i made some stand-offs on BambuStudio, and printed on the same bed. These press fit onto the original holes. The pi then enters at a slight angle and slides into place on the stand-offs.

Plate 1 is the rack mount and standoffs, plate 2 is just the standoffs if you prefer to print the OP's model (in case he updates something).

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill, self tap w/passthrough Self tapping version with a negative modifier in the middle for ethernet cord passthrough to support my RPi devices with PoE hats.
