Pegboard Hueforge Mount

This 3D-printed mount is designed to securely attach HueForge prints to a standard pegboard with 1-inch spaced holes ( 0.25-inch diameter ). While the fit is not completely snug or wobble-free, the mount ensures that prints remain securely in place and do not fall off unintentionally.

It is designed to accommodate prints with dimensions that are multiples of 25mm , with successful tests conducted on 100x100mm, 200x200mm, and 100x150mm prints. The mount offers a balance of stability and ease of removal, making it simple to swap out or adjust your display as needed.

This set includes a full range of frame parts designed for flexible layouts:

- Corner pieces, side connectors (top, bottom, left, right), and center connectors - 4-way connectors for joining panels at the middle of four prints - 3-way connectors for joining three edges together in various configurations The pieces are designed to fit cleanly next to prints , allowing different sizes to connect seamlessly . This gives you the flexibility to combine multiple HueForge prints of varying sizes into a cohesive, modular display on your pegboard.

Instructions:

- Print the mount using PLA, PETG, or ABS for durability. - Insert the pegs into standard pegboard holes ( ¼" diameter, 1" spacing ). - Press firmly until the mount is fully seated—some slight movement is normal. - Align your HueForge print and secure it onto the mount. - To remove or reposition , pull the mount out gently and relocate as needed.
