The all-in-one AMS Filament Clip

This clip has been designed to fit into the holes on the inner rim of the Bambu Labs spools meaning it can be left in place when in use. It is also designed to be compatible with the new AMS2 Pro, even when drying filament. Fit several clips per spool and simply leave them in place until you need them.

Features:

If you fail to do this, the clips may deform during the drying process.

Fitting: The clip push fits into the holes on the Bambu reel and may require more force the first time depending on the accuracy of the tolerances from the print.

0.2mm layer, 6 walls, 100% infill Increase the number of copies on the build plate via the Bambu Handy App when printing.

Using the AMS 2 Pro drying function? Make sure you use filament with a much higher melting point than the one you are drying. If you don't, the process may cause the clip to deform/loosen.

This enables you to use the drying function of the AMS 2 Pro and leave these filament clips on the spools while drying.

AMS Clips with Names Loved the clip design but felt the colours for materials wasn't a good solution for me, especially when i wanted to print these out of PETG; So made them with each of the material names on them.

There is one of each filament type on the plate so open it in Bambu studio and delete/ make copies to get your required amount :)

Added slope to avoid jams I love these clips, but I (and some others judging from some comments) had a few issues with filament getting stuck between the round part and the spool, so I added a pointy slope. I haven't had any problems since, but I only have one printer that does not run 24/7, so I would love to hear if someone still has issues when using this version.

Inspired by xT's print profile I have included versions with and without text, just copy the ones that you want to the empty build plate and print :-)
