0.2mm layer, 5 walls, 30% infill Hook and lever has 10 walls to be strong and solid, Chassis has 5 to reduce filament usage.
Compact 80% Scale with Fixed Clearances I loved the original design but wanted a slightly more compact version. I scaled the model down to 80%, but as often happens with scaled down print in place designs, the tighter tolerances caused the horizontal hinges to fuse together. This profile has been successfully tested on the X1, and the hinges articulate perfectly straight off the build plate. No post processing or forcing required.
