Description

These pipe clamps are designed for standard cable installation pipes in M16, M20, M22, M25,M32, M38 or M40.

Features Clamps M16 to M40:

- elongated screw hole, so you can correct the position ca. 10mm - 0.5mm undersized (eg M20 is 19.5mm) for strong grip - interlock feature for easy mounting of multiple pipes - 3 tolerances for the interlock: 0.10; 0.12 and 0.14mm I recommend 0.12mm version, choose a tighter or looser version if needed - size label

Features Clamps M9 to M11:

- same features but no elongated screw hole, because of small size If you need a different size, write it in the comments or use the customize button.

With the customize feature you can enter your pipe size in mm and it will create 5 clamps with different tolerances (0.06 to 0.14mm).

You need so split them in Bambu Studio after downloading.

My favorite dowel-screw-set (affiliate link).

Guides and print profiles

Print profiles and steps

M16 to M40 0.12mm tolerance (recommended)

M9, M10, M11

M16 to M40 0.10mm tolerance (tight fit)

M16 to M40 0.14mm tolerance (loose fit)

3/4" L Copper (.87" OD, 22.5mm), PLA, From Customize Link Slightly altered from customize option to get perfect fit. Sized to grab American ¾" L Copper in PLA. Profile would likely work fine for ABS/ASA with a bit more grip/flex. The grab on ¾" L is not tight-tight… I will end up having a thin rubber tape between copper and clamp so that works for me. I don't upload profiles normally so hopefully I did this right lol.

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill - ASA - pritnt without Support
