SpinDecideR20: A 3D-printable d20 alternative with fidget spinner vibes!

I added the step files and the inserts with and without the numbers on them so you can add your own font or icons.

The inserts need to be glued on the wheel.

I suggest coloring the top of the inserts in a contrasting permanent marker to get easily readable text or icons on it.
