Quick print of a PTFE clip which goes on the cable chain. Prevents the tube hitting the top glass or ams etc.

Printer 0.2 layer heigh with 3 walls. Suggest printing it with PETG at minimum.

It's designed to be tight fit. I found other designs to have either the PTFE cut out too large and the tube would come out or the lips holding the cable chain to be too small, and it clips off.

To fit it, insert the top first onto the cable chain.

Thin Clip

Thick Clip

6 x Clips, PETG, 0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 15% infill A Set of 6 Clips

Printed with PETG at 0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 15% infill

PETG profile,0.2mm layer, 3 walls, 15% infill

4x Clips, Brim, Slower First Layer First time I printed with original profile it got knocked over. 4 clips, slowed down first layer to 35mm/s and added a brim. Adds just over 2 minutes of printing time, model printing time is still under 10 minutes with all 4.

0.2mm layer, ASA, 2 walls, 15% infill

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 25% infill

More stability / 0.2mm * 0.21 layer, 7 walls

0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 15% infill

rotating head 0.12mm layer, 2 walls, 50% infill put a rotating head on it

A1 Mini - 6x original Model - 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% inf

ASA 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill - Mouse ears Designed for ASA with mouse ears to help prevent warping (and without the need for glue). As with all ASA make sure it's dry!

ABS 0.2mm layer, 3 walls, 20% infill, Brim, Skirt After my ABS prints failed alot of times I decided to mess around whit the settings and share this Print Profile whit you guys ;) This is made for ABS to prevent it for being failed because of poor bed adhesion… The brim and the skirt held the prints tightly on the build plate preventing that from happening…

Shout out to the creator for making these clips… They are very helpfull

- Print in a encloused printer -0.2 Layers -3 walls

-20% infill -Brim -Skirt (Made for ABS)

Tips: After succesfully printing remove the glass pane and AMS (If you have AMS) and lower the bulidplate and secure the PTFE tubes from the top… This model might be very Fragile so be carefull whit that… Take it easy… To test if you done it correctly home the hot head…

ASA Profile, 0.2mm layer, 3 walls, 15% infill

A1 Mini - Original Model - 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill
