Description

I got the idea of this model from a video I saw online. The only problem is that his model lacked many simple fixes that would make it easier to use, so I started from scratch and fixed them. This can be used for both N-type and SMA-type antennas, and an adapter plate can be made for any meshtastic device. The angle that your window sits might be different than mine, so you might need to modify the angle to get your antenna to truly be vertical. To screw my meshtastic adapter plate, which I have included for the Wisblock, I used computer chassis screws. I would recommend an 8-inch antenna cable. I would also recommend using a filament that can withstand heat. AKA not PLA.

Just an update: in PETG, this has survived on my car nonstop for over 6 months, through hot summer and cold winter, driving at over 70MPH at times. Thanks for all the support!

0.2mm layer, 3 walls, 15% infill Printed in PETG on a x1 carbon

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill Many people have weather shields on their windows, So I extended this size so you can fit these on vehicles with weather shields. This is the N connector version. There is also the SMA version. You will need a longer pigtail for your antenna so it can pass around the longer distance from the antenna up and through he window.
