Description

A dedicated page to a BCAR previously buried under hundreds of permutations of its predecessor.

This BCAR uses the Celestial BCAR's geometry to make a set of progressive twist options, maintaining the original flange alignment, heavy venting, and much of the general geometry in addition to extra bearing spacing to avoid the torquing the dart body at different rates.

Versions: compact versions have 5mm of spacing between stages removed for a 15mm shorter overall body. End stabilized versions add an additional final stage to ensure the dart is constrained properly by holding it in 2 successive stages at once with the same angle.

Its angles are in increments of 7.5, 6, and 5 degrees for 180, 200, and 250 respectively (20, 24, and 30 total)

BoM:

- 2-3 016 o rings - 12 f683zz bearings (+3 for end stabilized versions) - 13 m3x10mm flat head screws (+3 for end stabilized versions)
