Craftsman Evolv 10" Zero-Clearance Insert Plate

Upgrade the performance of your Craftsman Evolv 10" Table Saw with this custom-designed Zero Clearance Throat Plate . I modeled this plate to give the saw a tighter, safer, and cleaner cut compared to the stock insert.

This print fits perfectly into the factory throat opening and provides maximum support around the blade, helping to:

- Reduce tear-out on plywood and hardwood - Improve cut accuracy on thin or delicate materials - Minimize chip-out and fuzzing - Reduce gaps where debris can fall into the saw The insert includes the rear locking notch and front lift-out hole for easy handling—just like the factory plate—but with a fully solid surface for the blade to cut its own narrow kerf.

Recommended Print Settings

- Material: PETG or ABS for rigidity and heat resistance - After installation, place a piece of wood on top of plate, then slowly raise the blade through the plate to create the zero-clearance slot - I have included a model on the second plate of the file with the slot built in, however, I cannot guarantee your blade will not touch it. A clean, simple upgrade that makes a noticeable difference in cut quality and overall table-saw safety.
