The load post , which experiences the highest stress during use, features filleted transitions where it meets the base to reduce stress concentration. A height range modifier is intentionally used during printing:

- Larger layer heights through the post for increased strength - Smaller layer heights in the upper geometry for smoother overhangs and better surface finish For improved ergonomics, the side faces incorporate a fuzzy skin texture , providing extra grip without increasing bulk—especially helpful during longer loading sessions.

The magazine insertion area is chamfered , similar to a flared magazine well, guiding the magazine smoothly into position and reducing snagging across different mag styles and materials.
