Description

Great model, remixed to fit the DSS610. I don't actually have the Makita rails - I have Evolution Rails, but I am pretty sure they are the same.

I have merged a couple of bits from the original design to minimise gluing and assembly easier, minimal supports I used worked well. I did leave the screws in to add some extra strength to the layers though as only printed in PLA.

Guides and print profiles

Print profiles and steps

0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 30% infill ALL PARTS Makita DSS610 Circle saw guide rail adapter

It has adjustable trim blocks to be able to perfectly align and exactly fit the guide to the rail.

The saw can be taken out quickly and easy with the 2 locking knobs.

The Makita logo can be printed in a different color (it's embedded in the gliderpart mesh)

Some hardware is required:

- 22 small self tapping screws 3x10mm - 2 M4 x 20mm bolts (round head) + nuts

For the securing knobs: - 2 M5 x 15mm bolts (allen or tapered head) - 2 M5 threaded inserts or some other solution
