Description

Need a clamp for a specific task, constantly crashing your bit into your clamps and destroying them? Try this out and print all the weird variations you could need. The knob can either have a ¼-20 nut pressed in or a ¼-20 bolt, depending on how your fixture table is setup.

3 Parameters to customize: Clamp Length Toe height Toe Depth

I recommend printing at 100% infill with 4 walls, grab the .3mf to see orientation. No supports for the knob, but the main clamp does need normal>snug supports.

Guides and print profiles

Print profiles and steps

0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 100% infill Print a 100% infill for the stiffest clamp. I often do 4 walls + 100% infill.

PETG is a little stiffer, but PLA can be cheaper if you need lots of these clamps in the shop.

Print the clamp body upright, but the knob inverted. No supports needed for the knob, but I use normal>snug for the clamp body.
