Adjustable Jigsaw Cutting Guide (90° / 45°)

These adjustable jigsaw guides help you make clean and straight   cuts with your jigsaw. The width of the guide can be adjusted, making it compatible with many different jigsaw brands and base plate sizes. With this guide you can easily cut wood at 90° and 45° angles, improving cutting accuracy and consistency. You can also clamp your workpiece to the jig. See the photos.

Assembly:

During assembly, make sure that the 3D printed bolts sit slightly deeper than the bottom surface of the guide (see the photos). This prevents the bolts from getting in the way. The bolts have a tight fit, so you may need to press them in firmly. When the blade is centered in the cutting slot, tighten the bolts using the 3D printed nuts.   Check the photos for assembly details and the GIFs to see the guides in action.

At a user request, I made a smaller version for the A1 Mini. I only reduced the size to make it fit the smaller build plate, all the functions are still the same. I would still recommend the original version as it gives more working range.
