DeWalt Table Saw (63.5mm) to Karcher WD3 (DN35) Dust Collection Adapter

Description

Adapter to connect a DeWalt table saw dust port (63.5mm / 2.5" pipe, 4mm wall) to a Karcher WD3 wet/dry vacuum hose (DN35).

Both ends feature a male spigot that inserts into the pipe/hose, with a flush shoulder acting as a stop. The Karcher end includes a small barb ring that locks into the hose corrugation to prevent it from sliding off.

Fits:

- DeWalt table saws with 63.5mm OD / 55.5mm ID dust port - Karcher WD3, WD4, WD5, WD6 series with DN35 hose (35mm ID) Print settings:

- Material: PETG or ABS recommended (PLA works but is more brittle) - Orientation: large (DeWalt) end up, no supports needed - Walls: 3+ - Infill: 15% or higher - Layer height: 0.2mm Tips:

- Print a test ring at 55mm and 34.5mm OD first to dial in your printer's tolerances - If the fit is loose, wrap a layer of electrical tape around the spigot - If too tight, sand lightly or scale the model by 99% on XY only
