Golf Cart Cup Holder for Large Travel Mugs

This fits most oversize travel mugs, including Stanley 40oz mugs, Buccees 40oz mugs, and the newer style 12 oz. Yeti Rambler Colster.  Designed to fit in any golf cart cup holder.  Includes a 30mm wide drain hole in the middle of the base. The base is 68mm in height, and 72mm wide, so it fits perfectly in Club Car DS cup holders. The inside depth is 70mm, and the inside diameter is 80mm.

I printed this in ASA to handle heat as I leave my golfcart outside, but you can print in PETG or even PLA if you like.  tree supports required to support the underhang at the expansion lip.

I have included two versions (both shown in the photos) a plain flat version, as well as a “wicker” version produced by utilizing CNC Kitchen's BumpMesh tool .  I encourage you all to post new profiles with your own cool BumpMesh enhanced versions!  Just make sure not to texturize the interior wall of the cup portion, or the exterior wall of the lower half so that they still fit snugly in cupholders!
