Riding Lawn Mower Wheel Bearing Dust Cap

I can never get the dust caps back onto my lawn mower after removing them. The sun always dries them out and they are never pliable enough to stretch back over the washer. While watching me struggle to get the originals back on my wife says “Why don't you just make new ones and print them”…….genius. about an hour of modeling time and another hour and a half of print time these were born.

I tried printing with and without support. Without support there was a lot of sagging from the inside at the top so it is enabled in the profile. However they do remove really easily. Mine removed all in one shot.

I printed mine in TPU 90a, but I imagine 95 would work as well. It just might be harder to stretch over the washer. I doubt TPU for AMS will work. That stuff is just to hard, but feel free to give it a shot.
