Fox 34/36/38 Fork Mud Guard – TPU Joint / Spacer

This profile adds a custom TPU separation joint designed to fit between the mud guard body and the fork crown attachment point on Fox 34, 36, and 38 forks.

This part is intended to be used in combination with the excellent mud guard model by A1 Girl , which I highly recommend printing first. Full credit for the mud guard design goes to her — it's a fantastic piece of work that fits perfectly and does the job beautifully.

Why this joint? When mounted directly, the mud guard can sit slightly misaligned or rub against the fork due to manufacturing tolerances. This TPU spacer acts as a flexible buffer, improving fit, preventing rattling, and providing a snug, vibration-damping seal between the guard and the fork crown.

- Material: TPU (Shore 95A recommended, e.g. Bambu TPU 95A or Polymaker PolyFlex) - Infill: 30–50% - Layer height: 0.2 mm - Wall loops: 3–4 - No supports needed - Print orientation: Flat side down Compatibility:

- Fox 34, 36, 38 forks - Designed to pair with A1 Girl's mud guard model Notes: TPU gives this joint the flexibility needed to absorb trail vibrations and ensure a tight, rattle-free fit. PLA or PETG are not recommended for this part.
