Replacement clip for the rear sunshade fitted to Volvo V70 P2 and S60 P2 models.

As these vehicles are now over 20 years old, original clips are becoming increasingly difficult to find in good condition. Years of heat, UV exposure, and aging often cause the factory plastic to become brittle and fail. This replacement part provides a simple and cost-effective solution to restore the original functionality of the rear sunshade.

The part was printed and tested using a very fine 0.08 mm layer height to achieve excellent surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

Due to the high temperatures and UV exposure commonly found inside vehicles, ASA is highly recommended for maximum durability and UV resistance. ABS is also a suitable alternative.
