18mm Furniture Confirmat Screw Drilling Jig

No measuring. No marking. Just position, drill and assemble.

While building a filament storage cabinet from 18 mm panels , I found that aligning the shelves, finding the exact center and marking every screw hole was taking too much time. So I took a few measurements, opened Fusion 360 , and designed this simple drilling jig to make the whole process faster and easier.  The jig aligns two 18 mm panels at 90° and positions the drill exactly in the 9 mm centerline of the panel , while the built-in stop places the hole 30 mm from the outer edge — perfect for quick and consistent Euro / Confirmat screw installation.

📐 Two Versions Included:

3.5 mm Drill → 5 mm Euro / Confirmat Screw

5.0 mm Drill → 7 mm Euro / Confirmat Screw

⚡ Compact, Fast & Practical

The jig is compact, very quick to print and uses little filament . I printed mine in PLA , which works perfectly for this application, and it makes repetitive furniture assembly much faster and more consistent.
