📐 Included Fin Pitches (8 Sizes)

Each comb head is clearly embossed with its pitch size:

- 1.3 mm (NEW!) - 1.4 mm - 1.6 mm - 1.8 mm - 2.1 mm - 2.3 mm - 2.5 mm - 3.2 mm 🧵 Material Recommendations & Filament Drying

- HANDLE ➔ PETG: Provides optimal flexibility and mechanical strength to absorb bending stress. - COMB HEADS & SCREW ➔ PLA (or ABS): PLA offers the stiffness required to push through bent aluminum without flexing. (Do NOT print comb heads in PETG, as the teeth are too soft!) 📐 How to Measure the Correct Fin Pitch

Measuring a single fin gap can be tricky and lead to errors. Use the 10-gap rule for precise results:

- Count 11 Fins: Position your caliper or ruler across 11 consecutive fins (this spans exactly 10 spaces). - Measure the Total Distance: Record the distance from the 1st fin to the 11th fin in millimeters. - Divide by 10: Divide your measurement by 10 to get the exact fin pitch. - Example: If 11 fins measure 18 mm total $\rightarrow$ $18 \div 10 = \mathbf{1.8\text{ mm}}$ pitch. Select the 1.8 mm comb head!

⚠️ CRITICAL: DRY FILAMENT REQUIRED!

For fine-pitch combs (especially 1.3 mm and 1.4 mm ), your filament must be completely dry . Any stringing caused by moisture will fuse the fine teeth together during printing, rendering the comb unusable.
