This custom Yuka Mini Visor was designed mainly as a decorative accessory, giving the robot a sportier and more distinctive appearance. But besides looking great, the small visor also extends slightly over the front area and can provide a little extra protection for the lenses against light dirt, small debris and direct exposure. 🛡️🌿

📷 Sensors & cameras remain fully functional

The design has been tested on the Yuka Mini and does not interfere with the cameras, sensors or normal operation of the robot . ✅

The shape was designed to sit around the upper module while keeping the important areas completely unobstructed.

🔧 Easy installation

Installation is very simple!

The visor is attached using strong double-sided outdoor adhesive tape . I recommend using a good-quality weather-resistant tape for a secure installation. ☀️🌧️

Simply clean the mounting surface, apply the tape underneath the visor, align it carefully and press it firmly into place.

No screws or modifications to the robot are required. 🙌

🧵 Recommended materials

Since the Yuka Mini spends most of its life outdoors, I strongly recommend using a filament suitable for exterior conditions.

☀️ ASA – Highly recommended Excellent option for outdoor use thanks to its resistance to UV, heat and weather conditions.

🌦️ PETG – Great alternative Easy to print, durable and suitable for most outdoor environments.

I have personally tested the design using ASA and PETG , and both versions have performed very well so far. ✅

Two versions are included:

🔴 Yuka Mini Version – with the Yuka Mini text shown in the photos.

⚫ Blank Version – without the Yuka Mini text, so you can add your own name, nickname, logo or custom text before printing. ✏️✨

Feel free to experiment with different filament colors to match your own Yuka Mini setup!

This model was created primarily as a decorative customization accessory . 🎨

The small amount of additional coverage above the lenses can offer some extra protection, but it should not be considered a heavy-duty lens protector or impact guard .
