Clamp-On Mini Bench Vise with Replaceable Jaws

A compact, fully 3D-printable bench vise designed for holding small parts during sanding, filing, rotary-tool work, and other light-duty tasks.

The vise can be clamped directly to the edge of a desk or workbench. The moving jaw is operated by a lead screw, and the jaw plates are interchangeable depending on the shape of the workpiece.

Three types of jaw plates are included:

- Flat – General-purpose plate for flat and rectangular parts - Shallow V-Groove – For holding larger round parts - Deep V-Groove – For holding smaller rods and round parts more securely ⚠ Important – Please Print Both Profiles

The Mini Bench Vise print profile contains the main vise parts, but does not include the jaw plates .

To complete the vise, please print both:

This model is intended for light-duty work with small parts. Please avoid excessive tightening or loads that may damage the printed parts.

小物のヤスリ掛けやリューター加工などで、加工物を固定するために製作した小型万力（ミニバイス）です。

机や作業台の端に直接クランプして使用でき、送りねじを回すことで可動ジョーを動かして加工物を固定します。

ジョープレートは交換式としており、挟む物の形状に合わせて変更できます。

特徴

「Mini Bench Vise」には万力本体の部品のみが含まれており、ジョープレートは含まれていません。

万力を完成させるには、以下の2つをプリントしてください。

- Mini Bench Vise - Interchangeable Jaw Plate Set 万力を組み立てた後、用途に合ったジョープレートを1組取り付けて使用してください。

本モデルは小物加工などの軽作業を想定しています。3Dプリント品のため、破損につながるような過度な締め付けや大きな荷重は避けて使用してください。
