Centauri Carbon 2 Runout Sensor Adapter PC4-M6

This PC4-M6 Runout Sensor Adapter is designed specifically for the Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 .

The adapter securely mounts the original filament runout sensor to the side of the printer using the existing screws included with the Centauri Carbon 2 :

- 2x M3 Socket Head Cap Machine Screws (SHCS) Adding a PC4-M6 pneumatic fitting makes it easy to connect a PTFE tube directly to the runout sensor, which is especially useful when feeding filament from an external filament dryer or dry box .

This keeps the filament path cleaner and more controlled while allowing you to keep your filament protected inside a dryer during printing.

Important Notes

⚠️ Designed for the CENTAURI CARBON 2 only.

The PC4-M6 fitting is not part of the printed model.

Depending on the internal shape of your particular PC4-M6 fitting , the filament may occasionally catch when being inserted. If this happens, simply cut the tip of the filament at an angle before feeding it through.

Installation

Mount the adapter to the side of the Centauri Carbon 2 using the two original M3 SHCS screws, install your PC4-M6 fitting, connect your PTFE tube, and route it to your external dryer or dry box.

A simple upgrade for anyone running their Centauri Carbon 2 with external filament storage or dryers .
