Description

With most helmet mounts, the helmet only rests on a very small area (ball), which can damage the helmet padding in the long term. That's why I designed my own holder that solves this problem . You can also hang your jacket/pants and keys on it. Only two M4 or M5 screws are required for assembly. Have fun printing and let me know if I can improve anything!

Bei den meisten Helmhalterungen liegt der Helm nur auf einer sehr kleinen Fläche (Kugel) auf, was auf dauer das Helmpolster beschädigen kann. Darum habe ich einen eigenen Halter entworfen, der dieses Problem löst . Außerdem kann man daran seine Jacke/Hose und seinen Schlüssel aufhängen. Zur Montage werden lediglich zwei M4 bzw. M5 Schrauben benötigt. Viel Spaß beim Drucken und lasst mich wissen, wenn ich noch etwas verbessern kann!

Difference from the original

I enlarged the helmet pad to protect the helmet padding. The key hanger is also firmly integrated. I also changed the design of the holding arm slightly.

Ich habe die Helmauflage vergrößert, um das Helmpolster zu schonen. Außerdem ist der Schlüsselhalter fest integriert. Das Design des Haltearmes habe ich ebenfalls etwas verändert.

0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 10% infill I recommend printing at least 4 walls for the holder itself.For the helmet support, 3 walls are enough.

Ich empfehle für den Halter selbst mindestens 4 Wände zu drucken. Bei der Helm-Auflage reichen 3 Wände.

0.16mm layer, 3 walls, 15% infill

0.12mm layer, 3 walls, 10% infill Use a layer high < 0.12 for better surface.

Economical version 0.2mm layer, 3 walls, Variable % infill All components included. I did a couple prints to push things to the limit, this is the most economical and quickest you can get without the thing getting too flimsy.

- 0.2mm layers - Frame - 3 walls, 3% Gyroid infill, - Helmet Support - 2 walls, 2% Gyroid infill, - Mounting holes buffed up see photos, extremely many walls - Hook - 3 Walls, 10% Gyroid infill.

Strong PLA Version - 0.2mm layer, 6 walls, 30% infill Made a version that works well with PLA. More than strong enough

Used gyroid infill, matte black PLA from Elagoo. 0,2mm layers, 30% Gyroid infill.

Made on an A1.
