Description

This is a fully functional RC DumpTruck that plays a crucial role in transporting materials like 3D printed scraps, jenga blocks, or debris within RC construction sites. Meant to be used alongside the DIY RC Excavator and DIY RC Skidsteer. It uses micro robotic development parts such as an ESP32 development board that can be programmed via the Arduino IDE, this model specifically can then be connected to a ps3/4/5 or xbox controller.

If you'd like to support the channel and fund the development of these mini DIY RC projects consider becoming a ProfessorBoots Workshop member which will give you access to a step by step guide on sourcing the PCB's/Electronics and uploading the code to the development board. As well as pretty much everything else you may need to know in order to build your very own 3D Printed Mini DumpTruck.

Guides and print profiles

Print profiles and steps

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill The first 3 plates should be printed in your desired primary PLA color, the 4th plate is for a secondary PLA color to add accents to the model. The 5th and 6th plates are TPU. I recommend using 95a TPU.

Optimized - 0.2mm layer, 2-3 walls, 10-20% infill - Increased strength with individually tailored orientation, speeds, walls, infill and supports. - Implemented multicolour support. - Surface patterns customized on a per-part basis ensuring a nice fit and finish. - Split apart the dump bed so it can be printed on the A1 Mini. - Reduced the character depth of the dump bed text to improve bridging. - Split apart objects allowing for part-specific optimizations. This also means you can skip a part should it fail during a print. - Updated all part and plate names for more intuitive printing.
