Description

This model allows the evacuation of filament waste through a slide and sends it towards the trash.

Following feedback from some users, I decided to make a few adjustments to my previous model, specifically to eliminate the need for magnets.

This model is compatible with the spool mounted at the back.

If you need a similar object for a P2S , follow the link: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2159107-poop-chute-for-bambu-lab-p2s-and-p1-series#profileId-2340769

To screw the slide in place, you need to unscrew the screws and screw them back.

Screws alignement: Be careful not to fully tighten the screws initially, as this allows you to perfectly align the holes. Once everything is aligned, you can then fully tighten the screws.

The basket is 1mm thick to save filament, which works for me but some might prefer it a bit thicker, and in that case you can choose a thicker basket and/or a different pattern, follow the link: https://makerworld.com/en/models/914645-basket-bucket-waste-poop-x1c-p1-series-zilo2#profileId-875990

If you need a smaller bin, you can print the included BinSmall.stl.

🧩 Print settings

✔ Material:  PLA works without issues. PETG is recommended if available, as hot filament debris is less likely to stick to the chute.

✔ Supports:  No

🧩 Compatibility

✔ Bambu Lab  X1C

✔ Bambu Lab  P1P ✔ Bambu Lab  P1S

Boost Me Hit the Boost button 🚀 it's free and helps me keep designing stuff for the Bambu community. A note on print quality:  I test all my models before uploading. If your print doesn't turn out well, check your filament (old? wet?) and printer calibration first. Most issues come from these, not the model.

Radius has been corrected and the wall thickness increased to 2mm.

Material PLA, print time 2.5 hours, fuzzy skin for a more pleasant look and feel.

Without fuzzy skin, the print time is about 1 hour less.

VASE mode, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.6mm wall, 0.2mm layer Uses Spiral Vase mode for a much faster print time. I'd recommend using a 0.6mm nozzle or larger to get a thicker wall, but I printed mine with the 0.4mm nozzle and it does work just fine, it's just got a more flimsy feel than if you use a thicker nozzle.

Vase Mode for P1S with anti-vibration feet 58 mm high this will fit P1S with anti-vibration feet installed.

VASE mode, 0.6mm nozzle, 0.9mm wall, 0.3mm layer Uses Spiral Vase mode for a much faster print time. This profile uses a 0.6mm nozzle which gives a much “beefier” feel than using the smaller 0.4mm nozzle. Feel free to bump up to a 0.8mm nozzle and a 1.2mm wall thickness, it would probably feel even stronger yet. Print time is about the same across all 3 profiles, but you just get a thicker outer wall when you bump up the nozzle size.

This profile uses a 0.8mm nozzle which gives a much “beefier” feel than using the smaller 0.4mm or 0.6mm nozzles.
