Description

I made this after I failed to find a specific tamper station for the original portafilter of the De'Longhi Dedica series.

It might be a little too tight for some tastes (you should not need to use force at all, but it has almost no wiggle room), but I made sure that nothing but the top prongs would rest on the print directly.

Does not stand on its own when the portafilter is on (didn't account for the weight of the handle tbh), but with the tamper on top it should keep its balance. FIXED with an add-on print

Guides and print profiles

Print profiles and steps

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill

Support (0.2mm layer, 2 walls, outer first, 15% infill) I added this model to avoid the tamper station to tilt due to the weight of the handle of the tamper.

It is a tight fit, so it is a little hard to be removed once installed.

As it is a fix for the previous print, it lacks any kind of alignment features.

The profile should be outer walls first to make sure it has enough clearance to be installed (it is 0.1mm).

Printed with 0.4 nozzle in Bambu A1
