Mini Lathe - Mini Torno

This design was made just for demonstration, this mini-lathe was not made to machine any type of material.

The Lathe Chuck used in this project was made by bobwomble, the link to download it is this one:

Approximately 700g of filament was spent for all the pieces, I used PLA for printing and a 0.6mm nozzle with 0.4mm of layer height.

You must print this quantity of parts:

1 x Base Carro Orientável 1 x Cabeçote 1 x Carro Orientável 3 x Manipulo 4 x Base Guia Linear 1 x Base Longitudinal 1 x Carro Transversal 1 x Carro Longitudinal 1 x Castelinho Superior 1 x Castelinho Inferior

Based on my project, I also used these other materials:

8 608ZZ Ball Bearings 12 LM8UU 22 M8 Nuts

Threaded Rod M8:

1 Piece with 450mm 1 Piece with 250mm 1 Piece with 200mm

Linear guide 8mm:

2 Pieces with 400mm 2 Pieces with 190mm 2 Pieces with 120mm

1 Hex Bolt M8x20 2 Hex Bolts M8x60, 1 for Castelinho and the other for lathe chuck. 8 Allen Bolts M5x30 8 Allen Bolts M3x16 3 Allen Bolts M3x50 12 M3 Nuts
