Description

Welcome to Utah!

Monument Valley is a natural landmark in the United States, located in the state of Utah, near the border with Arizona. It is within the Navajo Nation. The prominent sandstone buttes are up to 300m tall, reddish because of the iron oxide, and have become a symbol of the American West due to media and pop culture, mainly Western films ( from Wikipedia ).

This is composed of 3 separate STL files, one for each featured butte. You can scale up 200%, use different filaments to mark the stratification, or even create your own West diorama!

MiniWorld 3D is excited to bring this charming model to life. Please give credit, it's all about spreading culture and education!

No supports required.

Made hollow to save material and help removal from printbed while keeping a good contact area.

Due to MiniWorld 3D's intention of miniatures, the scale is rather small, feel free to scale up 200% or more.

It is possible to use a Mosaic Mfg Palette or Prusa MMU to splice different filament colors at random to create the geologic stratification effect. You can also achieve this manually by pause-change filament-resume.
