Cute Pumpkin ChapCap Chapstick Holder Keychain for Halloween or Trick-or-treat

Just in time for spooky season, I created this cute little pumpkin cap for regular Chapstick tubes and Carmex tubes! The ChapCap version should fit Blistex, Carmex (stick), Chapstick, Burt's Bees, and many generic brands of lip balm, although I have not personally tested all brands. This cap fits over the existing cap on the tube and not in place of. There is a small hole in the top of the cap to use a paperclip for removal of the cap. The Carmex version of the cap screws on to Carmex and Tower 28 lip balm tubes and is available from my Etsy shop (see link below).

Printing:

.2mm layers is just fine.

NO supports. The model is designed to bridge over the center.

I use an “inside only” brim for better bed adhesion.

You can print this all in one color, or add a color change for the stem. It really looks cool with the green stem, but in my experience, that also adds a weak spot where the stem can break off.

I increase the perimeters to 8-10 around the key ring hole to give it some more strength in that area.
