Cyclone separator for vacuum cleaner with anty implosion valve

Cyclone is made from 5 parts. mainly to split printing and eliminat as much supports as possible.

You have also model where Main body is connected with the PIPE.

Last file added is ALL IN ONE - full model of cyclon + one upgrade pipe inside is cutted

Cyclone vor any cavuum cleaner is equiped with anty implosion valve to secure itself and your dust container.

Connection is suitable for Vacum cleaner 35mm but you can easly print additional connector for your vacum cleaner standard.

On top you need 4 small screw 3mm to connect - you can also glue it

6XM5 screwe + nut to connect with container and also bottom dust protector.

1xM4 screw + nut and Spring to assembly anty implosion valve.

Inside tube you need to stick by cyanoacrylate glue - for better results you can use additionaly hot glue.

Last Part is bottom protection - is not necessery to have working cyclone

I added one more part to improve a bit cyrculation name Cyclone-insert-turbine - you can insert it in all version like on the pictre. to protect part before rotating please stick by cyanoacrylate glue.

New bottom flange available -more simple bottom mount.

Adapter for Starmix hose to connect another Starmix or Bosch GAS 25 hose to this cyclone.

Modygfication in all in one body new version 3- longer inside tube fot better separation.

For people who already printed main body, I created also additional insert (this insert is not compatible with cyclone insert turbine.

Available also bottom flange - simple to assembly cyclone and also good to draw shape to cut in the cover.

Additional file added - bottom part. This time more universal. First file “CYCLONE-Bottom-Prot” is suitable only for dust and can be destroyed by bigger elements sucked in by the vacuum cleaner.
