EN : The system was intentionally printed in 2 parts to minimize the use of supports. Due to the shape, the entire object could not be printed in one without a myriad of supports, so it was split into 2 parts. The interface consists of a dovetail, which was deliberately designed relatively flat to increase the stability of the journal. Due to the size and the otherwise longer printing time, layers of 0.3 mm were printed. The cut with dovetail is set to a tolerance of 0.2 mm. This results in a slight discrepancy, which means that joining the 2 objects requires a little force. This is intentional so that they adhere well to each other after joining. I definitely recommend using a small hammer to help push the 2 parts together. It is also important to carefully remove the remains of the tongue and groove supports... The second option would be to print with layers of 0.2 mm, but then you should use some glue to join the 2 parts, which can then be easily pushed into each other or released from each other. In the meantime, nubs have been added to the ring to hold the hairdryer in a lateral position. Last but not least, I attached additional support strips to the holding device. There is also a gcode file with modifications made to the infill on the exposed parts. The supports on the upright part are canceled by painting supports. I would recommend organic supports, as they are easier to remove in this case.

DE : Das System wurde absichtlich in 2 Teilen gedruckt, um die Verwendung von Stützen auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren. Aufgrund der Form war das gesamte Objekt in einem nicht ohne eine Unzahl Stützen zu drucken, wurde deshalb in 2 Teile zerlegt. Die Schnittstelle besteht aus einem Schwalbenschwanz, der absichtlich relativ flach konstruiert wurde, um die Stabilität des Zapfens zu erhöhen. Aufgrund des Umfanges und der damit sonst verlängerten Druckzeit, wurde mit Schichten von 0,3 mm gedruckt. Der Schnitt mit Schwalbenschwanz ist auf eine Toleranz von 0,2 mm eingestellt. Daraus ergibt sich eine geringe Diskrepanz, welche dazu geführt hat, dass die Vereinigung der 2 Objekte ein wenig Kraft erfordert. Dies ist durchaus gewollt, damit sie nach der Vereinigung gut aneinanderhaften. Ich empfehle durchaus mit einem kleinen Hammer dem ineinanderschieben der 2 Teile nachzuhelfen. Wichtig ist auch, die Reste der Stützen an Nut und Feder sorgfältig zu entfernen... Die zweite Möglichkeit wäre, mit Schichten von 0,2 mm zu drucken, dann sollten Sie allerdings die 2 Teile, die dann leicht ineinander zu schieben beziehungsweise voneinander zu lösen sind, mit etwas Klebstoff verbinden. Mittlerweile wurd dem Ring Noppen hinzugefügt, die den Föhn in seitlicher Position halten können. Zuguterletzt habe ich am Halteapparat zusätzlich Stützleisten angebracht. Es ist auch eine gcode-Datei mit angebrachten Modifikationen des Infills an den belasteten Teilen eingestellt. Die Stützen am aufrechten Teil sind per Aufmalstützen gecancelt. Nebenbei empfehle ich organische Stützen, sind in diesem Fall leichter ablösbar.
