Description

I created this replacement thumbscrew for the Park Tool PCS 9.3. The thumbscrew to secure the folding legs of the PCS-9.3 is lousy, The threading loose in normal usage. All you need is an M6 35mm hex head bolt and flange nut. The filler included is not a requirement, I just created to fill the hole and make it look nice.

Printed in Bambu Lab PETG-HF filament with the settings below.

Nozzle = 0.4mm Layer height = 0.16mm high quality

Quality:

Seam position = back

Ironing type = Top surfaces

Strength: Wall loops = 4 Top surface pattern = Rectilinear Bottom surface pattern = Rectilinear Sparse infill density = 50% Sparse infill pattern = Gyroid

Support = enabled

Infill gap = 100%
