PLF - Plasteel Light Frame - WH40k

Although most of the Imperium's structures are bulky and over-engineered, often initial structures, be it on a new planet or under combat conditions, need to be erected quickly. The Plasteel Light Frame (PLF) system allowed the local tech adepts to create structures and defense positions in an accelerated and expedient fashion.

The Columns and Top Braces can accomodate walls 2mm thick (in blue) out of plastic or cardboard. The floors (in blue) are meant to be 1mm thick, again out of plastic or cardboard. The height of the walls needs to be 67mm (65mm if you are using the bottom brace); I chose the length to be 88mm. Consequently the floors are also 88m LxW.

The 2 column halves types will allow for the creation of a 2, 3, or 4 wall joiner. All pieces are meant to come apart for easy disassembly/assembly and storage, but can be glued to expedite assembly of a pre-existing structure. 2 different Top Braces allow for stacking or for a smooth roof.
